Returns, Refunds, Exchanges and Exemptions and Limitations

Returns

Please contact Fire and Silver within 14 days of delivery to request a refund. All items must be undamaged and in their original, resalable condition. All items must be returned in their original packaging.

All items must be returned within 30 days.

The buyer shall be wholly responsible for return postage costs. Please retain proof of postage. The buyer is recommended to use tracked shipping, however this is ultimately the buyer’s choice.

Refunds

Once and item has been received, and it has been checked that it meets the criteria above, a refund will be issued. The money will normally appear in a bank account within 2 - 5 working days, however this timeframe may vary depending on your bank or card issuer. Please contact your bank for more information.

Only the total value of the original order will be refunded. Any additional costs incurred by the buyer will not be refunded.

Any damage to an item will be deducted from the refund.

Exchanges

A straight like for like exchange for an item of the same value.

Where the alternative item is more expensive than the original purchase the buyer shall pay the difference.

When the alternative item costs less than the original a pro-rata refund will be issued.

Exchanges are only issued when the original purchase has been return and meets the return criteria. 

In all instances the buyer shall be responsible for paying the postage of the returned and exchanged item.

Exemptions and Limitations

The following items are ineligible for refunds or exchanges:

• Body piercings
• Personalised or customised items
• Personalised items containing messages or dates where the buyer has made a mistake (all personalised messaged will be double - checked with the buyer prior to making)
• Sale items

Refunds will not be issued on orders lost, missing or undelivered due to the buyer  providing an incomplete or incorrect address

Limitations

The buyer has 14 days to contact the Fire and Silver in the first instance and all orders must be returned within 30 days.
